Psychiatrist
At My Psychiatrist, we offer Spravato treatment to patients referred by their treating psychiatrist and have determined it is an appropriate option for their condition. The first month of Spravato treatment is twice weekly for 30 days, followed by once weekly for 30 days, and then once weekly or every two weeks. Your treatment plan will be individualized to meet your unique needs.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Psychiatrists are board certified and licensed physicians/medical doctors who specialize in diagnosing and treating psychiatric mental illnesses. They help patients by utilizing psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
Psychiatrists typically hold a doctoral-level medical degree, a board certification in psychiatry, and a license to practice
medicine within their state.
Clinical Psychologist
Clinical Psychologist are experts in the field of psychology. They possess specialized education and training in a wide range of psychological and behavioral issues. They are able to provide clinical evaluation and treatment, utilizing psychotherapy and/or psychological assessment and testing. Clinical Psychologist typically hold a doctoral-level degree in psychology and a license to practice in their respective state.
Mental Health Counselor
Mental Health Counselors are trained professionals who provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals struggling with mental health issues by utilizing a wide variety of therapeutic techniques. Mental health counselors typically hold a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or a related field. They are licensed in the state where they practice as independent licensed clinicians, or as residents who train and practice under another clinician’s license.
